After 25 years with ATT Wireless, I made the dire mistake of switching to Verizon Wireless because my wife and two kids were there. I did it because they offered us a better plan as a family but in the end, it wasn't so good. 1) they promised us a $150 gift card which they never sent. We spoke to 6 different phone agents who promised the card, but it still never came. My wife told me to move on but I don't like being ripped off. 2) the same sales woman told me that for the $15 verizon care, I could take my iphone into the apple store, which is important to me. When my phone stopped working, I went to Apple. They said Verizon would ship it out to Azurion and I'd be without my phone. Who can do that? So I paid Verizon a wasted $165 and then had to pay Apple $200 to get my phone fixed. The who Iphone scam in this country is crazy; that we are all just lemmings... gotta have our iphones. 3) I wasted an hour on a chat with an agent who was rude and in the end, I never got my $15 a month Verizon Care canceled. They work 10+ customers at a time. Its a joke. Do yourself a HUGE favor and use another service. Any company but Verizon. Their sales tactics are dishonest, aggressive and you'll never be happy.


I made the horrible mistake of buying one of these mosquito watches from Sonic Shield Watches. Beware of this company as well as they are a rip off too. I wanted 1 watch and they bill me for 4. I canceled my order immediately to which they replied, "too late, they already shipped." B. S. Then I reported it to Paypal who I thought would protect me like Amex. They had me send documentation which I did, then they denied my claim. I'm closing my paypal account and I'm done with them. See Rizwan A. Review. That's the similar experience I had. Beware.


The shoes were fine but I was out of town for a week and forgot my running shoes. I ordered them on a Monday and their site specifically said "2nd Day - $12.00
2 Business Days - Monday - Friday". This is copied and pasted from their site. When I got the notice of delivery, it said Thursday. I immediately emailed them and they did nothing about it. So I paid an extra day shipping and only got to use the shoes one day. I could have just returned home and bought a pair at the mall. I emailed them mutliple times and they ignored my emails.

In business, just do what you say you are going to do and if you can't then make it right.
