I would have given them a no star if I could. Ordered two exterior lights one month ago and still hasn't been shipped. I asked them to cancel the order and then they provided me with two Fedex tracking numbers. I didn't bother to track them and thought the packages will arrive a week later but as I tracked on Fedex.com a week after and found out the packages never left their place. I e-mailed them again and ask them what happened and they said they found out the items were back ordered. I'm like WTF, you gave me tracking numbers just so that I won't cancel the order and try to buy time! So I e-mailed them again and their reply was that then didn't know the items were on back order. So I replied saying I need to cancel and get my refund, but now is already 3 days, I still have not received my money back. Beware!
