I purchased a pool float from them, but it did not tell me until I got the emailed receipt that it was shipping in two months! I immediately emailed customer service. They did not reply until almost two weeks later, and then said it was too late to change the order, even though it had not shipped. They said when I got it, I could return it for refund or exchange. I live in the USA, they had me return it to CANADA! It was very expensive to do so, and I had to fill out customs forms. I chose an item to exchange, at first they said they would ship it out when I provided proof I sent the item. I sent them the receipt and customs form, and then they said no, you have to wait until we receive it. Finally, they got the item, and they said the item I chose was more expensive than the pool float, which it was, I chose a different item. They never sent it to me. Every time I reached out to them, they said it was shipped. It never arrived. They said they would check with the shipping department. I was emailing them every two weeks and they kept telling me it shipped. They sent me a tracking number that looked like it was from USPS, but it is not a real tracking number, when I searched, it said it was not a trackable package, it was from China. With the original cost of the float plus the return shipping to Canada, I am out $50. Stay away from this place. It is cheaper to put your item on Marketplace to get rid of it instead of sending it back. I have nothing.
