I have Alopecia Totalis and needed a wig for an event. I ordered from wigs.com because they said my order could be to me in 7-9 business days. I received a confirmation number and waited the 9 days. I'm still waiting. I could have went with another company. Now I get to go to my event without hair. I called and waited for 45 minutes on their help line. The customer service agent blamed their distributor. She kept saying, "the wig is available, it just hasn't been shipped to us yet". I received NO email saying my wig would not be delivered to me in 7-9 business days. I am very disappointed and will never order from wigs.com again. Their customer service is awful. Now I get to go to my event bald. Thanks wigs.com
