THINK TWICE if you decide to purchase from this site. I ordered a dress 'made to measure'. The hips on the dress are 2 1/2 inches too big and it's too big around the bust. (The measurements I sent were correct). It is costing me over $100 to have the alterations made. When I contacted Dreamprom and referred them to their website which states they will refund up to 100% of any alteration costs they told me they could not afford to refund me! Three days on and I am still arguing with them. I have now threatened to report them to the Consumer Protection Commission. They have said they will offer me a substantial discount on any further orders! I have assured them I will not be ordering anything from them ever again! Please proceed with caution with this company.
