I ordered a Hoverboard from hoverboardcloseouts.com on December 16 2016. I did receive the hoverboard in time for Christmas. My 10 year old daughter opened it. It worked around the house for about 40 minutes. She plugged it in to charge it and it froze. I have been calling and emailing for an exchange label since December 26th. Each time I speak with the answering service, someone "guarantees" me that I will receive it "by Friday" or "within 24 hours". This still hasn't happened. Now I just want a return label. They only have an answering system so you are not able to speak with anyone in the company ever. It is so frustrating. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
