I had to call for the free shipping and handling to be applied since I spent over %99.
For the $90. Rebate
I placed an order for a 5 piece Chintaly Kalinda dining set. I only received 2 chairs. I called Hayneedle & was told I only ordered 2 chairs. I provided them with the correct order # and invoice showing 5 pieces. Hayneedle stated there was an error in the posting and it should have only been for 2 chairs.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from them. You will not receive what you order.
