I placed an online order for a replacement part for my Prep 9 food processor, but received no email confirmation. Called and was told the webstore office was closed, to call again today (Monday). I did. After a 10 minute wait online a human told me it was the wrong number, and she "connected" me to the waiting system again. 10 more minutes, another human answers and AGAIN says I have the wrong department. Something is WRONG here. Stay away.
