I have never had a problem with U-Haul til this last time I didn't check the milage in and just wrote down milage when I got in the vehicle and yes they got me for 13 miles also the representative offered. 59 per mile but charged the. 69 per mile for cargo van. I have always used U-Haul but I guess next time best to shop around.

Made purchase for hoodie on 11/30 for birthday gift 12/24 still not received. Finally received tracking # on 12/20 that shipping label was created as of 12/22 still not shipped? Has been a hassle, may have to dispute through paypal. Hoodies are expensive and not sure you will receive item. Will never make another purchase and getting ready to dispute another hassle. I would recommend to stay away!
