What I love most:
Extension allows to send URLS or selected text to Ticktick as a task.
Works on all of our household devices seamlessly.
Subtasks and notes can be added and kept visible.
Handles images better than most. Allowing for a visual of image without download or clickthrough.

Good tracking. Good customer support. Easy to navigate account and see status. Updates on time and pays as promised. I am a few dollars shy of $400 rewarded. I do not monitor it closely so I can not confirm how accurate and reliable it is, but $400 back in my pocket makes me really happy!

Tip for consumers:
Be sure ad-blockers are off or white-list befugal for tracking. Keep receipt for big ticket buys so you can reference them against the shopping trip ID if needed.

I log in regularly to follow my scores, stay on top of inquiries and work toward my financial goals. I have never paid them a dime. My free account has given me a sense of security and control over my credit. I am thankful to have access to the information without gimmicks or games. I haven't had any salescalls, unwanted junk mails or suspicious ads on site.

Using the information provided has helped me successfully make better decisions where credit usage was a factor. Today I got a really neat email from them, and thus, landed here on sitejabber to share my experience with creditkarma

I've been a user of JungleScout for over a year and rely on it daily. I have reached out with questions, concerns, and requests a few times and have had great experiences with staff. The service and extension have worked flawlessly for me and changed the way I do business all for the better. I purchase hundreds of items a year through Amazon. As part of my job duties I get to make many purchasing decisions and handle ordering for others as well as myself. I would say they have a 99% success rate of getting it done right the first time. And whenever we have any issue, the support has been fast and helpful.

I use honey alongside some others. Extension is reliable and finds coupons easily. The site has comparison shopping, and it works good too. Sometimes honey is the only site to offer a rebate, but it is often not the best paying. I keep it for the coupon checking. One of the fastest coupon at checkout extensions.

I'm a purchasing assistant. I get to help people choose where their money gets spent.

With that said -- I buy LOTS of big orders from many online retailers.

I've had minor hiccups with BB&B that were always handled quickly and resolved with one email to support. My most recent order was for 72 items. They shipped same day, received the next day and that itself was impressive. I had 4 units missing. I let them know and I had the tracking number for the replacements that same day. Staff has always had good grammar and professional kindness in the replies.

Needless to say, I will have no problems ordering another 72 items anytime.

I was scammed by them. Lied to. Grants misused. As a low income single mom I wanted to make my life better - I was naïve. After finishing my programs my worthless degrees are laughable. I spent almost 2 decades working for myself sense my degree wasn't worth anything to employers. With the debt I could not buy a house or get credit. It was miserable. This school did so many deceitful things even beyond the financial aid office. I went to the Buckhead branch which is now closed. They have been sued and admitted to crimes in a court of law. Google it. During the same time frame I was there but I have not yet found any help for my now 90k debt. The government program to help students that were frauded auto rejected everyone that applied. So I am still looking for help with the matter as of 2022.

Tip for consumers:
Go to a local trade school. Half the time, less then half the costs, double the income potential.

I gave this a try after a store I shop and trust recommended it. Mistake. I tested and they did not track. I offered all the info needed to complete. Still they "couldn't find it". Support is cut copy and paste. Finally out of 10 transactions three were approved after I pestered them several times. I cancelled the monthly payment, they closed the account and never sent the check with money owed. WASTE OF TIME.

I bought a new house and turned off my internet at the old house. Got the bill. They billed me a full billing cycle for 2 days. I called in and after bring routed through 3 people, was told - That's just how it goes.

Also learned when getting the new service turned on that I had been paying the same price for half the speeds at the old house. They didn't even sell that low speed package anymore - but they sure were billing me for it and never offered me an upgrade.

I've had customer support hang up on me rudely. I guess I shouldn't have told her to blow her nose sense I was tired of hearing her suck snot in my ear.

The service acts up quite often and goes out without reason. Sometimes the phone app will tell me there is an outage but usually I just end up resetting all my stuff and stressing that its on my end (when it is not).

Calling in is a pain in the $#*!. I have been unsuccessful getting them to update my account phone number for 10 years. So I have to try and recall old information for them. Because they won't update it even after asking them to.

If you do call in - be prepared to have to tell them no thanks on 2 or 3 upsells. I called about a billing issue, no I don't want your new mobile phone service especially if its as badly operated as your internet.

Long time loyal customer? You are treated like second class citizen. New customer is their goal and they are given big discounts and savings. Old customers? Nope - you pay full or more for old services of less quality.

Billing me a full cycle for 2 days was just the epitome of greed and disgusts me. Toxic company values - I've never seen a company be so wrong to its loyal customers. I look forward to telling anyone who will listen to stay away from their services.

Tip for consumers:
If you shut off service do it before the billing cycle!

My service with Time Warner was very reliable for many years. Two months after Spectrum took over, my internet bill DOUBLED in price. I complained and they "upgraded" my speed. My service is horrible now. It's so slow and goes out. I don't have any other high speed net options where I live. - Eastern Ohio

I couldn't use the service. Asked for a refund. Was told - "Refunds will be agreed to on a case by case basis". Then declined my request.

I couldn't use the service, what better case is that?

Don't plan on getting any refund if it doesn't work.

They advertise as image storage, but once you upload - you can not get your images back easily. One at a time or they offer a complicated email delivery option of batch 500 at a time. I have over 5000 images and I have no way to get them unless I want to try and remember which 500 I had sent to me. This is insane and theft in my opinion.
