They canceled my flight an never gave me my money back Im very upset because I spent 300 on a ticket I couldnt use

I called to make changes to my flight and to cancel they sent me to everybody but a person who could help I even had insurance on the ticket an they told me the insurance was a 3rd party they have nothing to do with I explained I had a death in the family an they did not care they told me send them documents to get my money back I will never use this service again just go directly to the air port it will be less hassle Im very dissatisfied with this service makes me feel everyone in America is scamming people out their money
