It would be impossible to be more displeased with these people. I have found that properties are misrepresented - and despite their "guarantee" they do NOTHING to honor what they say.
They say they have a 100% guarantee - I've found that not to be true. I rented a place out of the country which was horribly misrepresented & VRBO/Home Away has done NOTHING to make it right. They actually told me to do a chargeback with my credit card because they "only mediated between owners & renters." Horrible service - on the phone over 3 hours & go nowhere!
