Made purchase thinking I was getting something I wasn't, minutes after making purchase I called to cancel order. I went from caller #9 down to next caller back to caller #9, after a half hour on hold I was told I would get a call back (only being able to to leave a call back message). I then received an email that my item has been shipped after which I called again to let them know the problem. This time I was able to reach someone only for them to tell me the only thing I could do is to not accept delivery. The I received another email telling me there would be a 25% restocking fee.
