These guys became market leaders on good support and customer care. A while back they were acquired in a buyout and since then their attitude has dropped off a cliff. They do not support ticket system any more and if you wish to wait on the phone for 1+ hour waiting on their phone support I wish you luck. I had been a happy client for 10 + years but earlier this year they put their prices up, did not advise me and then just charged my paypal account the 30% increase without my consent. When I questioned them they said oh we notified everyone via their online blog. Avoid them like the plague!

iHerb
Ordered and paid for my 1st shipment on the 02/07/2017 and it was promised to be delivered to the PO box in Hawaii by the 14th Feb. Tracking details said it arrived at the post office on the 9th Feb. by 20th Feb still nothing.
No support nor assistance from iherb.
Nothing.
I guess I should have found this site before ordering from iHerb because upon a brief review here there are just pages and pages of BAD reviews and negative comments. Silly me eh..
