This is the worst online vendor I have ever encountered. Unlike anyone else I have ever dealt with, they have a 14 day return policy and exclusions to keep you from making returns. Do not buy anything from them. Use Amazon. It is safe and honest.

Hi David! We apologize for the difficulties with your recent order. OpenSky hosts thousands of different shops and the 14-day return policy is part of the agreement we have with our member merchants. We are happy to request exceptions after that time but, ultimately, whether or not to grant an exception to the stated return policy if up to the merchant in question. It is absolutely not our intention to deny shoppers the opportunity to return items they have purchased.
