I have been a longtime Newegg customer. I recently had a return of an item.
The reason for the return was the item was not compatible with my phone as a controller. This risk was not listed in the item description. I was able to return the item but I was was not reimbursed for return shipping, which was half the cost. Newegg would not refund all my money.
I will never do business with Newegg again.
