Ordered some perfume for my wife for Xmas on the 23 Nov 16 paid and order accepted.
Today 24th,I had this email of Spotlly.
"Thank you for your order with us. Unfortunately this product is unavailable due to high demand. Hence we have cancelled your order and issued full refund to you."
I went straight to there site and the product was still for sale , but this time more expensive.
They must think we are bloody stupid .
I will let you come to your own thoughts on this.
Purchased some pipe fitting with these people , they didn't deliver all the goods but took payment for the full order straight away, the delivery note clearly states that some items were not included in the delivery. I have sent many emails but they don't reply.
I have not received any refund for the undelivered goods as I type. I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute over non delivery of goods and hope that the bank will stop payment for the goods not received.
You have read what they have done to me to date maybe they will do the same to you.
I was on my way to Scotland from south wales when my motorhome developed a fault.I tried a few dealers in the area but had no luck they were not really interested that day.
I eventually phone Ray Rigg Motors who said that if I could get the vehicle to them before the end of the day (one hour) they would do what they could.
They sorted it out straight away ,and were very very reasonable.
If I lived in the area of Ray Rigg Motors they would be my first choice every time.FANTASTIC SERVICE. Many Thanks RAY RIGG MOTORS.
Ordered paint 23rd June and paid, phoned to see where my paint is, told I would get it that day or the following day. Nothing delivered. Phoned 7th July and was told the manager was out and he would ring back , he didn't, phoned again and asked for manager, not there. Then sent an email via there website contact page and sent an email to the info dept , both cancelling my order and requesting a full refund, no reply sent another two emails over the next two days , no reply. The paint arrived on the 13th July with a post mark of the 9th. Seems to me that this was sent 2 days after my request to cancel ,but fell on deaf years.
In the mean time I ordered from ebay and both received and completed the job 2 days before premiumcarpaints delivered.
I am now in the process of trying to return the paint and get a full refund.
I feel these people are con men, don't buy from these people/.
Dont waste your time,
They take your money straigh away, dont deliver the goods,make excuses, never there to answer the phone. Say they are going to refund, but I have not been refunded as I type.
I have had to contact my c/card company to make a claim againt them to get my money back.I HAVE GIVEN A ONE STAR RATING ONLY BECAUSE A MINUS 5 IS NOT POSSIBLE.
