Ordered paint 23rd June and paid, phoned to see where my paint is, told I would get it that day or the following day. Nothing delivered. Phoned 7th July and was told the manager was out and he would ring back , he didn't, phoned again and asked for manager, not there. Then sent an email via there website contact page and sent an email to the info dept , both cancelling my order and requesting a full refund, no reply sent another two emails over the next two days , no reply. The paint arrived on the 13th July with a post mark of the 9th. Seems to me that this was sent 2 days after my request to cancel ,but fell on deaf years.
In the mean time I ordered from ebay and both received and completed the job 2 days before premiumcarpaints delivered.
I am now in the process of trying to return the paint and get a full refund.
I feel these people are con men, don't buy from these people/.
