We were not happy with the quality. The dress had some light stains and loose strings. But they would not offer an exchange or refund. Be darned sure you know what you are getting. The exchange policy is nothing like Ebay or Amazon. The email exchange was slow and vague, and no apology. We later found a dress of better quality and cheaper price at a local Dillards store. So we spent double the cost on one homecoming dress.
