Only online store that I could find that sold static rope by the foot. It was about half as expensive as the local mountaineering shop. Initially the rope was backordered, but since I needed it quickly, I sent them an email asking them to switch the rope to one they could ship right away. They switched it to a more expensive rope and expedited shipping, both at no extra cost. They had it in the mail less than an hour after I sent the email. Couldn't be happier with the customer service & will definitely order from them again.
