It has been a very unreliable service from the start - lots of lag, server needs rebooting once a week ("it's stuck" as the support team says).

Now, for two days in April, the height of tax season, the server is unavailable for 2 days (so far). I am now crippled during my busiest time. Steer clear!

I wish I found these reviews before I purchased through them. They charge you and don't ship. Their customer service number rings once and hangs up on you. They don't respond to emails. I asked to have the orders cancelled and now magically the order ships - and I'm expected to pay for return shipping and restocking.
This place is a total scam
