I ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas. I selected 23rd Dec so that worst case if they failed to deliver she might get them on the 24th or 25th. Nope. Bloomex failed to deliver then offered to deliver them way after Christmas. She was home all day waiting for them but they said no-one was home so didn't deliver them. I've asked for a refund and they've refused to offer one, instead offering a 15% coupon. Or a store credit for half the value I paid for the flowers... I will never use this company again. Not a good way to run a business, taking people's money then not delivering on your service. I understand it can get busy and you can't fulfill your orders. Disappointing but understandable - but in that case, offer me a refund, don't just take my money.
