Their searches are fake, do not follow the instructions and very difficult to detach from their poor services.

I was given a $50 gift card. They are nor honoring because they said there is another card with it. The giver never got another card with a pin. I lose. No gift card, crappy customer care. I will never use Groupon again. Questionable company.

4 months ago i ordered a charging outlet adapter. I have still not received the product. They took the payment immediately but still no product. For the third time they have stated that the product is on the way. Customer service has not been helpful and they use only scripted responses. The company is fraudulent and should not be used. New customers beware!

Poor service, many errors, could not handle special instructions, poor customer service. As a currently disabled i would advise no disabled use this frustrating service. I will never use again!
