So I ordered The Infinity Gauntlet class ring back in September of this year and and it was around the 15th and 16th of September so I figured that I'll probably going to get the ring in September but I didn't and receive the ring the second week of October. I called and emailed them for the status of my ring at purchase, I did not receive an email nor a phone call from them in weeks I finally received an email stating that they were backlog due to the hurricane and my order will be shipped as soon as possible and that was in the first week of October. I finally received my ring the second week of October and I was quite surprised when I opened up the ring. Despite the long wait and countless weeks of emailing and calling I finally received the ring and was very happy with it. So as far as ordering things from them again I highly doubt I'm going to you due to the fact that I waited so long for my purchase it ruined my experience

I have NEVER endured such negligence and utter idiocy from a company EVER! Wait I forgot about SUPERHEROSTUFF.com yeah don't order from either. My beef with SpiritHalloween is this, I ordered the deluxe edition GHOSTBUSTERS Proton Pack along with the PKE METER & GHOST TRAP on 9/28/18 and periodically call to find out about my order status and arrival due to residing here in Hawaii. Whenever I called their customer service I received rude and unprofessional from them.
So I finally received my package on Thursday and I was ecstatic to finally open up and hold my proton pack, PKE METER, & TRAP. I picked up the box and it felt a bit light so upon opening the package I saw the meter, the trap, but no pack? So I called SPIRITHALLOWEEN to find out where my pack is.
I was on hold for almost half an hour when I finally spoke to someone. I told them my situation and asked the whereabouts of my other order. They replied by saying that it was already delivered it to me. I told them I never received it at all. There response was "oh we did our part it's not our fault if someone stole it from your residence" I turned it around and fired back by saying "No it is still your responsibility to make sure that ice received my product when is scheduled to be delivered!" And then ask why was my order split up into two packages? The reply was because it was a big order and we had to do so. They responded by saying they sent an email and confirmed it was delivered to my residence. And then check my email and found the email tracking number and according to the email it was shipped to Odessa MO. I told them that is not my address and where the hell is that location? I asked them where is my order and why was it sent to that address? The response was to put me on hold to investigate. 5 minutes later they came back on the phone and told me that there was a mix-up in the shipping department and it was delivered there. So I told them where were you going to email me telling me that I wasn't receiving my package on time and why was the order not confirmed through somebody in your department? The reply was that it was not their department and they weren't in charge of that. So I told them I'm still waiting for my package and I need it ASAP they put me back on hold and then told me that we are reissuing your package and you should receive it sometime a day before Halloween. I told him that was unacceptable and I need it way before Halloween due to the fact that you messed up my order and never followed up with me so you need to expedite it and expedite my order now. The best they could do was to send it 3 days shipping and hopefully I will receive it before the end of the week of next week I said that's not good enough and I want to speak to your supervisor. She was on the phone explain my situation and I told them to overnight me the package they told me that they were unable to do so because they do not have the means overnight ship packages. I told them that this is the worst experience I've ever had with an online company and I am never going to go see you again thanks a lot for ruining my experience you guys suck!
