I received my card without any problems, and it is actually very nice looking and feels of good quality. However, in advance of purchasing the card I spoke with a customer service person regarding a critical need - which is to gather my client's information easily via a form they would fill out and I would be able to pull of the V1ce web interface. I asked if all that was included, and the answer was yes! So technically the answer is that it is included in the system, however, I was not told it would be an extra $80+ dollars per year. The part that is so frustrating is that I have now been promised three times that a manager would reach out to speak with me - and would you believe I have heard nothing. This is a classic instance where a simple call could have avoided a negative review based on customer service. I hope it improves and I hear back and we can resolve both the communications issue and misleading information... here's hoping they finally get in touch.
