Was with Extra Energy from March 2016 to 14th Feb 2017 paid them by direct debit had two bills from them during this period, they cancelled both after we Ieft them so we have a £742 credit with them but no bill, nightmare to call them, emails sometimes answered in two weeks but answer not generally helpful 0fgem now involved 6 weeks later Extra Energy still hasn't completed any of the resolutions, guess it will be legal action soon to get our estimated over payment returned!
