“Create a better marketing plan and salary package”

Since this company uses a door to door selling approach, management will force you to make lies to get more sales. This is because they don't have concrete marketing plans and strategies. All they care about is you getting sales, whatever the cost is. You will be forced to walk all day long under the scorching heat of the sun with no overtime pay.
