I recently searched for tickets on Kayak.com and was redirected to their website because there is some form of partnership. Bought my tickets. Uneventful. I wanted to change my return tickets and 5 emails when unaddressed. Contacted the airlines and referred by to the company. Got on their website and they quoted me $575 to change my ticket, which is of course, ludicrous. Qatar Airways has a MAXIMUM fee of $200; which I have never paid, normally $75/100. I get then on the phone and explain it it ludicrous. If I booked a new one way return flight through Qatar, it would have been $614. They finally countered with an earlier day flight for $275 change fee. Still ludicrous. NEVER, EVER book with them. Pure scammers.
