I run a small business and would warn to stay away from Constant Contact. Just got billed for a renewal of services. When I went to tell them I wanted to cancel, they won't refund any of what was billed. Apparently they will not refund any monies that are auto billed as part of an auto renew. Very bad business practice. You should always be able to recoup any unused services.
