I've made two purchases from 42nd Street Photo, once for myself and the second time as a gift. On both occasions I received follow up phone calls clarifying that I had selected the correct items. This resulted in a correction to one of my orders. The staff seems knowledgeable and helpful. Both orders were subsequently received exactly as promised.
