“Poor customer service”

Never use GetARoom it is a total ripoff. I made reservation for the wrong date online and I immediately call them back to get the date corrected and was told I can't and was not refunded my money back. 5 mins had not even past when I was trying to make the correction.

* Getaroom attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
