I ordered flowers for my mum to be delivered 10th May as this is a special occasion.
They did not arrive.
I emailed the company who offered me a 10p voucher!
I emailed again as the flowers still had not arrived two days later.
I received a response 3 days after this stating that delivery is not guaranteed, no refund, this is in the T&Cs
Although this company has a nice looking website please be aware that your order likely won't be delivered on the day you require, if at all.
