“Poor service and follow up”

Items ordered 26 October. Delivery promised 16 November, then pushed back a week then again and eventually arrived 22 December. I stayed in all day on one of those days. Ordered items now checked ok but storage bag promised as compensation for late delivery not included as promised. I did not know at the time of ordering that it was coming from India!
