“Very poor customer service perfomance (and they know it!)t!”

Lost baggage, terrible customer service designed to have you spend more money on pay calls to their service centres, automated voice recognition system that does not recognize your voice! No real people anywhere, no accountability. No suitcase for over 24 hours for second time in two weeks! Anyone there in Iberia?
