L. D. P. Sent me one come-on after another so I finally ordered a "discounted" printer cartridge on April 19,2020, which I didn't need until yesterday, June 7th, when I needed it urgently. It was a complete dud! The copies are barely legible. When I called to request a refund or replacement I was told they would not honor my purchase because it was made in April. So, $95 down the drain. When the representative who returned my call asked if I wanted to place a new order I said I would not be ordering from L. D. P. Again, ever. -David Kozinski, Wilmington, DE
