On 27. 7. 19 I got an email saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel. I suspect the driver didn't even get out of bed. I was in the room next to the door. No one knocked. No card was left. Their customer service is rubbish. The email telling me the delivery drivers lies suggested I phone the driver. The driver's phone number was a string of zeros. Webchat didn't help. This driver's lie means the parcel will not arrive for at least another 48 hours. I consider the driver's actions gross misconduct and a failure of character. They should be sacked or offered no further freelancing opportunities and fined/sued for reputational damage if self-employed.
