We had such high expectations from them at the beginning of the projects. They were promising when they presented the plan to us. However, during the course of the project, we noticed how mediocre their services are. There's nothing special about them - contrary to what they are claiming. We regret getting them and paying a high amount for their services when in fact, we could have gotten a more prestigious agency than them.
