I received the ring for Christmas. Unfortunately my husband ordered the wrong size but more importantly I was very displeased with the ring. It was grim. Looking and nothing like I saw online. I began calling customer service the first number was disconnected, I found another number and then after being on hold it would disconnec. Everytime I tried. I then tried online chat. I was told to email pics and they would sent me return instructions. I did that and the only response I would receive was. That my email. Had been received. Is this a ploy to get past the 30 day return period. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get clear information and to acquire the return address. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was going to order a different ring but I can't even get a true response to my return inquiry. Terrible customer service. Is beginning to seem like a HUGE SCAM!
