I have had 4 orders canceled from them over past week. Only to see the items they canceled for sale again later that day and just about every other day after that. There customer service people don't care and they like using lines like "sorry but the items you ordered were actually sold out when you checked out"! I called them to find out why this keeps happening and I finally got an answer that makes sense. The lady told me in stock on website doesn't necessarily mean it's in stock and was sold out when you placed the order. But they don't bother telling you that. You have to wait till you think you're about to get the item then check status only to see "CANCELED" below the item your trying to order! How can you cancel an order for an item but then put that same item back up for sale hours later after canceling an order? Maybe the BBB and FTC needs to take a look at what they are doing and pull there access from using credit cards with this kind of crap!
