I placed an order from this site, after 2 weeks nothing was shipped out despite the promise to send within 5 days. All communication with their support email and online contact is completely ignored. After 2 weeks they then said the parcel is delayed due to lithium batteries, even though none of the products even had lithium batteries. I had enough after almost a month of lies and I opened a dispute on PAYPAL to try and get my money back. BE VERY CAREFUL OF Aoto-wholesale

This company has nothing but shocking service. I placed about 8 orders within a period of 4 weeks, only 3 of the orders were ever send. The rest DX.COM sent me invalid tracking numbers. I complained to their customer service and they make up all sorts of excuses. They try not give your money back even though they did not send you anything. Luckily I paid using paypal so I go my money back but be very careful as they are dishonest and try and trick you our of your hard earned cash. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN and if you do IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This company has not customer support, they do not respond to any queries. They take ages to ship parcels and if they do the quality is rubbish. They will not assist if there is something wrong. They will take your money without caring. I will never buy from them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. THIEVES!
