Told my son to buy a saxophone for is wife for Christmas what a shambles arrived broke phoned up to get a new one, when he phoned up about it they said it was repaired so he said I want my money back I paid for a new one, still waiting for a refund disgraceful to treat a customer who bought this for a present for Christmas a I recommended you because I bought something from you and it was ok get your act together
