I will never use Opodo again, at every opportunity they take excess money off you when Change booking particularly in these difficult COVID times. You are better off booking direct with the airline. Prime membership offers you no benefit and the Indian phone call staff have a script aimed at being very apologetic but intent in making life as difficult as possible. My on line management booking is inaccessible because it is stuck on a previous enquiry and not updated. The couple travelling with us requested a 26 December booking but got a 26th January booking meaning they were travelling back before they left. There is much more - never, never again. I will post this review elsewhere as well to ensure others don't get caught by Opodo's money grabbing policy
