Avoid TWM Performance by all means. They are a shady company. They are biased and only publish reviews that they prefer on their website. I wrote a review about the product I purchased and they won't publish it. I did so again and it has yet to be published. They are moderating their reviews on their website to deceive customers. They sell you a product and immediately cut all forms of communication afterward. Notice how they don't allow reviews on their Facebook page? Now go take a look at their Google Business reviews. Many, many one star reviews all wishing we could leave a 0 star. Many people complaining about the same thing. I paid $400+ and only half of it is even usable on my car. The product that I was sent doesn't even work properly on my car (yes, I ordered the right part). When attempting to call, email, or live chat I am immediately disconnected. They ignore all support requests. They believe they can get away with SCAMMING customers. The shift knob is awesome, but the short shifter kit is sh*t, and to top it off their customer service is by far the WORST that I have ever come across on planet earth. TWM Performance is a company that scams their customers. I am out $200+ dollars now. I wish this company would fail. If you are reading this go buy from Cobb or any other company. Avoid TWM Performance and don't support their company as they are scammers.
