The video for the tongs I purchased show a different tongs. I will wait to see what arrives...

We bought a reflective dog collar at this website. It is called the Prisma Magnetic Collar. The first day our dog wore the collar, it fell off. When the dog scratches or plays with our other dog, the magnetic collar comes apart. In the time we have owned this collar (a few months) the collar has come off about ten times. We now use a wide rubber band to hold the magnetic clasp together.

I gave the product a 3-star (of 5) review, because of this issue. Te site owner immediately took down my review and basically said I had to simply loosen the collar a little, which is nonsense.

WHY BOTHER HAVING PRODUCT REVIEWS IF YOU DELETE ANY THAT ARE NOT 5-STARS? The guy is willing to sell a defective product, just to make more money.

I spent $60 to gain "full site access" to the website. I needed a single shed plan, but mistakenly thought I would need full site access to get all of the features advertised. When I realized I had made a mistake, I asked to pay for the single shed plan and get the rest refunded. No response. Sent second email, no response. I filed a claim with PayPal and the next time I went to this website, my access was blocked.

Besides the fact that this owner is a crook, the drawing was very amateurish. The website claims 100% refund if not satisfied -- no questions asked. That obviously is a lie. I sent an email asking again for access to the website and got no response.

THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER PLACES TO GET SHED PLANS. THIS GUY IS A BUM.
