I had a very similar experience to Roy J.
Ordered my item, credit card payment cleared immediately.
Confirmation email states; "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account."
After a week and no tracking number I sent an e-mail. No response.
After 2 weeks - my Order Status still says "Processing" - I also realized I could be getting scammed.
I asked my bank to dispute the charge. We're still working on it.
Horrible customer service.
As Roy said; "Unacceptable".
Save yourself the aggravation! Buy somewhere else.
