I ordered an arboura week ago. I got a purchase confirmation email immediately. Then few minutes later an email from Route advising it will be doing the fulfillment and delivery for Shop.ca Since that time the tracking on route says "awaiting estimated arrival).
As others have said here, the phone never gets answered. All 4 menu options lead to the same voicemail; saying send an email. I have sent 2 emails to support. But no reply to date.
Come on Shop.ca SMARTEN UP!
