I must warn you all about this totally useless and highly unprofessional sham of a company,
I am currently sat in my room at Toronto Airport having tried to check in for my flight with Iceland air to Manchester via Reykjavik. I can't check in... and why... the flight was cancelled 6 days ago! I was never informed... in fact I upgraded my flight 2 days ago and they took my money knowing the flight was cancelled!
I have just spent 1.30 on the phone to speak to a customer service representative whom obviously had no clue what to do... I very politely appraised him of the situation and was told it was nothing to do with Myflight search as they only make the bookings and take the money! As I in my professional capacity I am heavily involved in commercial air transport law... I informed him of their legal contract to supply... his reply was and I quote..."$#*!"!
The hold music started to play again and after a further 8 mins a voice asked are you still there?... This time, apologetically he recounted the same diatribe and said there was nothing he can it was not their fault... I again gently and very politely informed him that this was not good enough and I would like to know there solution? I was then cut off...
I tried to recall but after another hour I have got no where.
So, this time My Flight Search you have met your match and professionally suggest you have good lawyers because not only have you have demonstrated THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE I have encountered, you have made a potentially costly legal error for which I want you and the public to be aware of. Hiding behind Covid 19 taking good peoples money is not only morally disgusting but bordering on the criminal...
General public I offer you my sad tale as a cautionary note not to ever deal with this company
