Ever since the gov. Got a better idea about recertified for another year, it sucks. 6 mo. After sending forms and award letters 5 times to qlink and the gov. People who also, lost my paperwork. Nobody knows where paperwork is, I keep sending, finally I quit the service. They don't communicate with each other. Forget this outfit, they don't know what they are doing. Last year it was nice because you called qlink to recertify, now they aggravate. THEY SUCK'!
