If i could give a lower rating i would. Unless a product is with warranty you MAY get assistance. If it's outside of warranty forget trying to get spare parts. Even a simple watch band pin is not available so you can fix the watch band. My wife bought a watch in Singapore 5 years ago and loves it. But since the band broke, a simple fix has become a nightmare. Cause they don't use standard size pins. Watch repairers cant get spares from the parent company. How $#*!ed is this company. Seriously all they are after is your money. They care nothing for the customer. STAY AWAY
