“Love products, hate shipping and processing”

I love the products but have to agree with the slow shipping comments. I have been a member for a year; shipping is too slow this day in age and will cause customer turn. Ordered on June 6th and it's the 19th and USPS is still awaiting item!
Called cs but that didn't help move things as of yet
