Same story as all the other reviewers: ordered the trash fire piece in Dec and it arrived sometime in Feb. The plastic hinge was broken straight out of the box, and I spent about 6 weeks trying to get them to refund me for it (or even accept a return!). This all proved futile with the same fobbing-off techniques others experienced: shipping update emails which are clearly generic and sent via mailing list, refusing to send shipping details or tracking numbers, offering vouchers for subsequent purchases (without actually including a voucher code), refusing to accept returns. I ultimately opened a dispute with PayPal which ruled in my favour so I got my money back at least.
